「Charlotte's apartment was beautiful and perfect for what we needed while staying in Port Douglas. 15 min stroll into the main street, pool to cool off at the end of the day, and quiet at night. 「This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. We arrived, anticipating an attractive and heated pool. We discovered a very dirty, shabby out of date pool that was cold. After much communication with Expedia, the owners of the hotel turned up the temperature on the pool. 「The locationis great and is within walking distance to Beach, shops and parks. Unfortunately the condition of the apartment was stale, dated and in need of a refresh. Particularly replacement of the large couch with the broken arm held up bu the coffee table, TV didn't work and the kitchen facilities needed a deep clean. Beds were uncomfortable.
