"We enjoyed our stay here in Otley. There are views to the River Wharfe from the front windows, and it was an easy walk into town. Everything was neat and clean. There are also a lot of steps (which might be an issue for anyone with mobility issues) and the double beds are small. "

"A good budget option for a family or small group. About half an hours walk to the city centre and you can use the walls for part of that which is nice. Self check in via key box is very convenient and they sent a list of shops/restaurants etc which was also nice. Towels and sheets are professionally laundered which I appreciated. The property does need some serious talc especially paintwork, outside space and some of the basics provided such as only one tea towel for a 10 day stay. "The hotel was nice enough to hold our two large suitcases, while we travelled to Edinburgh. I don't think we would have survived Edinburgh if we had to carry around that baggage. Weird thing with return was that the room was a ways from our previous room, but was bigger with a nice bathtub."

"Everything about this hotel was truly wonderful. On arrival we received a warm welcome followed by a free room upgrade. The room was roomy, well equipped and clean. The hotel facilities also did not disappoint - the spa was a good way to start the day, whilst the food in the restaurant was of a high standard. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back if we are ever in the area again"

"The location was super convenient and centralized, so we were able to do everything by walking. The staff was flexible and helpful - we got in in a time crunch (we were rushing to make a walking ghost tour), and they let us park our car and run out to the tour without any fuss. It was greatly appreciated and made our evening!"

"Excellent location. Friendly staff. Our room was great for our 4 person family and the view or the river from our room was lovely. The only thing I would mention about our room, specifically number 336, was that there was a hole near one of the baseboards and it looked like it needed a bit of TLC."
