“Stay was great. The receptionist was incredibly kind when I accidentally puked on steam rice. Cleaned up everything too for me. Really appreciate that! They also got me a new card when I locked my old one in my room on accident. They also held my bags for me when I went on my helicopter ride.”

“I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped.”
