Welcome to Fourteen at Mullet Bay, one of the most exquisite and luxurious beachfront residences in St Maarten located directly on the famous Mullet Bay beach and golf course.
Mullet Bay Beach is one of the most popular on the island. It is a reef-protected spot and great for swimming and snorkeling. Around the winter season, it can also be a great surfing spot and the rest of the year, the water is as calm as a pool.
As you enter this beautiful two-bedroom apartment located on the 11th floor, you will directly gaze upon the panoramic ocean views of the island. You will also notice the neighboring islands of St Kitts and Nevis, and Saba right from your balcony.

Fourteen at mullet bay
Loved our stay! Location is convenient, staff is friendly and the room and view was sooo gorgeous! When I come back I am definitely staying here!! They even decorated the room for my birthday. So appreciative of everyone!

Beautiful Property / Perfect Location
Perfect location with ocean view, the apartment had everything we needed. We fell in love with St Maarten. And we will go back to the property for sure. There are thre restaurants on the beach and a bakery down the street.

Getting Tired
Outstanding location. We rented 5 condos for a family reunion and everyone had a great time.
Now that the complex is several years old and heavily booked, it's starting to show wear and tear. Because each unit is individually owned, the decor and comfort varies greatly, and some owners have not allowed management to repair items in a timely manner.
