    Welcome to Fourteen at Mullet Bay, the most exquisite and luxurious beachfront residence in St Maarten located directly on the famous Mullet Bay beach and golf course.



    As you enter this beautiful one bedroom condo apartment located on the 6th floor, you will directly feel at ease overlooking the stunning white sandy beach of Mullet Bay and its breathtaking turquoise waters. You will also be able to take full advantage of the spectacular and panoramic view of the neighboring islands of St Kitts and Nevis, and Saba right from your balcony.



    Mullet Bay beach is one of the most popular on the island. It is a reef protected spot and great for swimming and snorkeling. Around the winter season, it can also be a great surfing spot and the rest of the year, the water is as calm as a pool.



    This is the perfect location as it is just a couple of minutes drive to one of the most photographed beach in the world, Maho beach also known as Kerosene beach; where you will be a part of the spectacular show of all the planes taking off. It's also a short drive of 15 minutes to the french side capital, Marigot and 10 minutes away from Simpson Bay, where you will find all the restaurants and discover the island's nightlife.



    This one bedroom apartment condo has been inspired by professionally designed interiors, designer fabrics and comfortable furnitures for you to have an outstanding experience. The interiors of the laid back sitting room and dining room have been carefully selected to provide wonderful sophistication together with a sense of freshness and relaxation.

Good facility, mixed experience

Great staff by the pool. Gym equipment is a little used/ challenging to use. Room well stocked. I understand that check-in is at 4 PM, however, most hotels are available before 4.. I’ve never experienced situation where my room isn’t ready until literally 4 PM on the dot while I watched other others check in without an issue early. I’ve stayed here before, but this visit made me consider if perhaps just staying at a hotel going forward and not a condo rental is the better option

Perfect and Secure

Both units, while unique and different, were both clean and well-equipped. Walking distance to Mullet Bay Beach 3-5 minutes depending on walking speed (voted best beach on the Dutch side), and a 8-10 min walk to the beginning of Cupecoy. American University is also right behind the towers. Food is somewhat limited around here, so you may want to travel and truly explore the island to get to the ‘real’ French or Dutch areas for good food. The arrival was a little bit confusing. Should have some instructions advising which tower to go to initially. Also, Maybe a large ‘A’ and ‘B’ label on the actual towers.
