At the price point we payed we fully expected dated and no amenities but not disgusting! The tub was so disgusting we put the bath mat INSIDE of it to stand on. The surfaces had traces of food and drink rings from the guest before us. Toothpaste splatters on the bathroom mirror from the guest before us. There was no toilet paper. The floors had visible bugs and hair and the bedding had rings. Directly upon arrival we went to the front office and told them the condition of the room and asked could they move us to a new one. They stated there was not another room AND did not so much as offer to send someone in to remedy the issues. Much less even give us toilet paper. Thank God there was Kleenex tissue for our bathroom needs. Never ever again!

Desk staff was nice, efficient. A housekeeper had just cleaned it, was friendly and offered help if we needed anything. It was too late when we realized we only had one towel for two adults (oh, and the empty shampoo and conditioner bottles were still in the shower). The property is very close to the interstate beside a Waffle House where we ended up getting coffee. The complimentary breakfast consisted of stale danishes and bruised bananas. There are a Circle K, new Race Trac and Love’s very close by and a handful of restaurants within a few miles. The property could use work. I booked a non smoking room but under the strong cleaning agent smell could smell cigarette smoke odor. It could have been coming thru the ventilation or maybe the rooms have just held the odor. The room was very humid when we arrived and it took awhile for the floors to dry and for the room to get comfortable. The sink, toilet and shower were updated so that was great to find. The bed was on the firm side but comfortable with clean linens. The tv signal was bad despite the dish just outside the door. No USB ports and one nightstand and bedside outlet. The property does weekly and monthly rentals,appears to be the permanent home of a number of people with cars in various states of disrepair. It gave us some pause when we had to leave the property after dark as some of the “residents” were hanging around outside. Doors open to outside so expect noise from vehicles cranking early am, headlights…

We stay here because we were tired and had no reservations. The ac worked fine, the location is surrounded by restaurants but it gives the appearance of a low live community, I will definitely not stay here again, not even if they will pay me.

It's an older property in a out of the way location. Rooms are big and clean. Beds are comfortable and staff is very friendly and accommodating. Waffle House is nrxt door and McDonald's is across the street

Aside from the rude awakening earlier than I was wanting, the few hours I stayed here was amazing. Would definitely stay here again if Im ever in the mood to stay in Loxley

Headed to the beach.

It was a decent, reasonably priced place to stay for a night on the way down to Gulf Shores. It could definitely use an update and more amenities. The male who checked us in was super kind and made it quick and easy. I would probably stay here again.
