「Host was excellent, communication was great, property was in a nice neighborhood, I felt safe.
I wish we had control of the thermostat. It was stuffy when we arrived and warm to sleep, second night I asked for it to be adjusted, which the host graciously did. The noise coming from upstairs was much louder than I would prefer.」

「Host did not send keypad entry code. I sent four messages, through the VRBO app, over the course of 5-6 hours asking for the code with no response. I went to the rental to inquire with another building resident and she also could not reach the host. I had to book a hotel for the night, or drive 4 hours home and miss the second day of my business conference.」

「We stayed here for a weekend in Kingston and loved our stay! The location was great for walking to downtown and parking was easy. The place had everything we needed and things like cream, coffee, and granola bars were a really nice touch. The hosts were communicative and really nice, even giving tips on what was happening that weekend and things we could see. Would stay here again!」
