"Booked the room thinking it was closer to the hospital my husband would be having surgery. Close enough. Great room. Bed was comfortable, restroom awesome, shower not so much. Low water pressure but that is to be expected when on the 3rd floor. Breakfast mmm if you like chorizo by itself great. No eggs, no sausage so I ate at the hospital."

"After setting the AC to 69 it did a decent job keeping the room comfortable. Only issue was slow drain in the bathtub."

"When we got to our room, the door wasn’t even closed. Supposedly housekeeping possibly didn’t close it all the way. When we pushed the door further open it made a sound that got the guy down the hall yelling out into the hallway that he was naked and we didn’t want him coming out there! He just kept on mouthing so we left immediately to alert the manager on duty and got another room on a different floor. She was very nice and understanding but she wasn’t able to make the change easily because we booked it through Expedia. After a phone call to figure it out, we finally got settled in another room."

"My original reservation was canceled because the charge that was not suppose to happened happend even though I checked the box saying pay on site. The young woman at the counter did not know what she was doing therfore I did not receive my military discount. There were NO nightmanagers on the evening shift to fix mine or others peoblems. The room was nice, however the balcony door was screwed shut. "

"Front desk staff super friendly and provided amazing customer service. Breakfast area was fully stocked and very delicious. The restroom in our room could use some improvements. But overall greats stay"
