「Outside Dubrovnik by a reasonable margin to avoid the driving traffic, but still easy access to the city. Loved the small kitchen area, the size/space of the place--especially for two people--and the outside balcony sitting area with a wonderful view of the bay. Getting up angle of the driveway from the road was difficult if coming from the direction of the city. Would have enjoyed having at least a hot plate for coffee/tea in the room. 「酒店職員態度冷漠，只有餐廳職员（早餐）見過笑容。餐廳食物質素未達5星，味道不佳。自助晚餐性價此低。酒店有私人沙灘，美。雖然訂了海景露台房，但4樓露台外有花園，遮蔽了海景。剩下一線海景。更有住客錯認房間，從花園進入我房露台，切記要緊閉露台窗」

「我們被安排住在同系酒店 Royal princess hotel, 但事前沒收到通知，故check in 時找了些時間才到 princess 查詢。同系酒店只有一間開放，應是將所有預訂同系酒店的都放在一起。其他幾間都維修中，故周邊環境不佳，有太多建築進行中。酒店本身質素很好，房間大，整潔，早餐食物種類及質素亦合理。停車就放在街邊，5星酒店都不開停車場有些奇怪。酒店離舊城有10多分鐘車程，如有定期穿梭巴士會更佳。但以價格來說，整體上是超值的。」

「During my recent stay at Rixos Dubrovnik, I booked the top-tier Spa Suite, expecting a genuine five-star experience. Unfortunately, nearly every interaction fell short: examples: - At checkout, I waited over 25 minutes for a bellboy despite multiple reminders until our butler stepped in and we nearly missed our flight - At breakfast, a manager passed a simple coffee request to a trainee, and only after multiple repeats did the butler fix it. - A pre-booked dinner request at their restaurant...

「The hotel is in general very well located and has everything you need. Local transportation is conveniently located just a few meters away and can easily take you to the city center. Personnel is overall nice and helpful. The only inconveniece is the beach, which has large amounts of garbage both on the shore and the sea and it stinks. There are no hotel owned sun loungers and local vendors ask ridicolous amounts pp (€80!).」
