"The room was nothing like the description or photos. The pool was empty, we didnt have sheets, just bed covers, we didnt have a hanger for wet clothes, the shower was broken and one of the beds wasn't actually a real bed so we didn't rest well. The windows were actually glass door so you had to sleep with a/c and shade was insufficient. The administrator was nice and we did receive a partial refund but still it was really disappointing and uncomfortable and we didn't have anyone come welcome us...
