Location was excellent but i understand during the summer months it can be a problem as it's in the side of the aqua canal and there are many mosquitos

Appartement charmant, mais au confort inégal

Appartement de charme, typique des vieux immeubles lucquois ; Luca, le propriétaire, est réactif et agréable. Le salon et les chambres sont équipés de l’air conditionné ; néanmoins, il est très peu efficace dans le salon et la chambre principale, du fait notamment de l’absence de double vitrage (ce qui entraîne aussi quelques nuisances sonores dans la chambre en question). On regrette l’absence de moustiquaire, et les lits très peu confortables de la deuxième chambre. Enfin, l’équipement est un peu limité, notamment les produits de base généralement présents dans les locations estivales.
