Villa at the top of the hill

Wonderful location though definitely a work to get there. We did day trips with great ease to the Cinque Terre and Pisa besides Lucca which is just down the hill.

What a beautiful view, and spotless clean house. Great kitchen, fully equipped with everything you might need. Nice fresh linens and comfortable clean mattresses. Couldn’t ask for more, had a wonderful reunion with friends and family.

We had the most wonderful few days in the Tuscan hills.

The house was beautiful and had everything you could possibly need, with plenty of space. Elena was there to greet us when we checked in, and was always responsive if we had any questions. A short drive from beautiful Lucca. The drive up to the house takes a bit of getting used to, but was all part of the charm. Thank you for a lovely stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a stunning villa, it exceeded all expectations. The villa itself was beautifully appointed. But what truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional service provided by our host, Stella. From the moment we arrived, Stella went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Her warm hospitality and attention to detail made us feel right at home. I can't recommend this villa and Stella's hospitality enough. Take the vacation, book the house, you won't regret it!

Our family of 7 adults and 1 baby had the best week at Villa Alice. When booking we wanted home that had a room (den) where we could all gather and sit/lounge comfortably, location that was private with beautiful views and outdoor seating and dining. Villa Alice met all of the criteria. The home is updated but hasn't lost any of its old world charm. The kitchen was equipped with modern appliances and filled with plenty of utensils, cookware, tableware, silverware etc. The listing pictures are gorgeous, but the home and location is even better in person.
