Monica was friendly and helpful...room was clean ....air conditioning welcome....Breakfast.....was ok but never had to go to another premises for it (was at a cafe round the corner which wasn't explained when booking). Would go room only if went again as cost of coffee and a croissant was less than the 10 Euros we were alloted.」

「What an amazing and cute B&B! The owners were so kind and friendly. The breakfast was divine with a large spread of meats, breads and fruits. The location of the B&B was ideal to explore Lucca's old walled city as it was only a few minutes walk away; and conveniently located close to the Lucca's train station as well! Would definitely recommend to anyone and love to come back!」

「Very comfortable room and warm friendly staff. We only stayed one night prior to flying out of Pisa, but the staff helped us store luggage before check in, recommended lunch, arranged an early airport shuttle, and provided breakfast items we could eat prior to their regular service at 8:30am. Super helpful! The wifi was inadequate in our room, which made online check-in for flights infeasible. We noticed the next morning that their main lobby had a strong signal. Good AC.」

「This is a lovely hotel in the centre of Lucca, 10 minutes from the station, although a little climb to get through the city walls. The continental breakfast was welcome, although a little strange that you had to approach the staff for a coffee or hot water rather than the other way round.」

「The room is big, clean and well-equipped. The tiny garden just outside breakfast area is beautiful and peaceful. Breakfast is simple but fresh. Staff are nice and helpful on giving information and advice, e.g. Elena is hard-working and problem-solving. Manuela cooks for guests' breakfast. Paolo drove me to the train station when he saw my big luggage and knew that my backbond suffered from pain. This hotel is not in the very center of Lucca but still convenient enough, as the old town which is...

「Spent three nights at this beautiful, clean well located hotel, welcoming, informative happy hosts. Fabulous breakfast choice and relaxed comfortable dining area. We hired a bike at the hotel to travel and explore the gorgeous walled city. Easy to navigate and a great choice of eating/drinking places.」
