Staff are nice and helpful on giving information and advice, e.g. Elena is hard-working and problem-solving. Manuela cooks for guests' breakfast. Paolo drove me to the train station when he saw my big luggage and knew that my backbond suffered from pain. “Love, Love, Love this place! As well as the two lovely ladies ( Ingrid and Marta) that make it even more special. They were always so kind and helpful. Having the delicious breakfast every morning was wonderful. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect, with every thing worth seeing within easy walking distance. There is nothing else that you could ask for. I will definitely be back again…”

“B&B (pas le grand luxe, mais propre, commode, agréable (on n'en demande pas plus!) bien situé à proximité de l'enceinte de la vieille ville avec possibilité de se garer. On s'auto-enregistre (on ne voit personne quand on arrive) mais tout est très bien organisé: message Whatsapp et feuilles d'instruction, plan de la ville, feuille de conseils (restaurants,...) Quand on voit les propriétaires (au petit déjeuner par exemple) on apprécie leur accueil et gentillesse.”

“This wonderful small hotel is located on a quiet street five minutes away from Piazza Napoleone. It is in a historic building and has a lot of character. The bathroom is very modern and had a good selection of toiletries. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, they serve a great continental breakfast every morning. You can walk to all the places of interest easily, as well as to the train station and to the bus hub in Piazzale Verdi. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would……

“Vilken fantastisk service vi fick på plats av Max! Vi tillbringade några dagar i Lucca och bodde på Villa Anna. Ligger precis utanför ringmuren och nära till allt. Fint rum med vad man behöver med bra frukost. Finns verkligen inget negativt att säga och kan bara rekommendera boendet. ”
