This was an amazing stay. The room was clean and spacious, staff was super helpful with directions, recommendations, and answering questions. I would highly recommend this stay for anyone staying in Lucerne.

We had a good experience. The room was clean and had all the essentials, just beware the lack of air conditioning. The hotel manager Samir was very helpful taking beautiful photos of my wife and I in a few different places on the property. Thank you!

Great property, but lots of stairs, no elevator. Our bathroom smelt funny, but otherwise the room was nicely updated and a great size. We had extra fans which was great since there is no air. Walking distance to the old town and great restaurants. Not to mention the bus pass was helpful. The gentleman that checked us in was incredible. He went above and beyond to help us.

Had a wonderful experience at this hotel on June 23, 2026. From the very first moment we stepped in, the staff (including the hotel manager Samer Ashour) were delightful and accommodating. One of the best services I have encountered. I highly recommend it.

I was there for five nights, and I had a great time. It’s a simple place (no gym, i.e.), but it has friendly and efficient staff and well-maintained rooms. The only thing you may want to know is it doesn’t have AC: it didn’t bother me as I could open multiple windows wide and the weather was great throughout my stay. They also provide a fan. But if you can’t stand even mild heat, this is something to consider. (They do have a heater, which I didn’t use since the weather was, again, perfect.) They also have a simple breakfast buffet, which I didn’t buy in advance but ended up using everyday. It seemed expensive when I booked my stay, but I soon realized EVERYTHING is expensive in Switzerland, so… if you need lots of espresso-based coffee in the morning like me, it is worth considering.

Bus stop was right next to the property to and from the main station. Could use better pillows. Glad a fan was provided since there is no AC and went during a heat wave. Overall I would stay again.

Very cute hotel. It's not fancy but we felt very comfortable there. It's directly on a bus line that easily takes you to the heart of the city in less than ten minutes. The front desk isn't manned at all hours, so be prepared to enter through the back door if it's not during a time when the lobby is open. Breakfast is extra, we opted to eat downtown. It's in a quiet neighborhood, but there is a great local restaurant across the street. There are no elevators, so travel light if possible. Very friendly and helpful staff. Guests get a free travel pass for local trains/busses. Great plus! Once downtown, WiFi is free for visitors.

Debería considerarse un hostal más que un hotel. El personal ok, es desauyuno ok, pero las instalaciones y habitacion no me han gustado. No hay ascensor, hacia calor, la ducha no estaba dentro de la habitación sino en el pasillo y además sucia y con el techo tan bajo que no cabía bien (y no soy alta).
