“About R7,300 (£64) a night for two inc excellent bespoke breakfast and buffet, via Hotels.com. Immaculate hotel in upmarket, but convenient area. Part of the Sarovar chain. Ir doesn’t have the historic feel the blurb alludes to, but it nonetheless does feel quite special. Uniformed staff greet one as you enter and leave. Lovely decor throughout. Rooms are first class: spacious and very well appointed. This would be several hundred pounds a night in Europe. ”

“Stayed here for a night to catch an early morning flight next day. Hotel is about 5 KM from airport. Hotel and rooms are clean and in good condition. Food in hotel's marine restaurant is good.”
