Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy

Schöne Wohnung mit wenig Service

Leider weiß man vorab nicht genau, welches Appartement man bekommt, weil die Online Bilder irreführend sind. Schade war auch, dass der Blick von der Terrasse zum See im Sitzen sehr eingeschränkt war, weil die Mauer so hoch war. Auch der Service hat etwas zu wünschen übrig gelassen. Die Begrüßung war eher unfreundlich, die Mitarbeiter haben nur mit großer Verzögerung auf Reklamationen reagiert und die Ankündigung von mehrmaligen größeren Arbeiten auf der Anlage erfolgten immer erst am Morgen des Arbeitstages. In diesen Zeiten war der Drausßenbereich kaum nutzbar. Die Anlage ansich war gepflegt und schön, die Wohnräume nicht so sehr. Der Matratzentopper war alt und brüchig und unter den Betten wurde nicht ordentlich gereinigt, sodass wir dort viel Staub und auch Müll gefunden haben. Die Küche war sehr minimalistisch ausgestattet.
