“The check in personnel was inadequately trained and had to phone someone to help check me in. The room I booked wasn't available, and the only ones they had were not clean (@ 10:30 pm at night, seems someone wasn't doing their job that day). I was offered a lessor room, and since I had been driving for 5 hours to get here, I needed a room. They didn't offer to compensate me for the difference or even suggest any future comps on my next stay. ”
