"Reception was closed when we arrived but there was a self check in at the front door. It gave us the wrong key to start with but this was very quickly sorted after a quick phone call. Our room was bright and comfortable although the bed was slightly hard but that’s just my opinion. The only negative I can think of is that the hairdryer overheated and cut out easily.The breakfast was lovely, both continental and eggs bacon and sausages. Service was excellent. "Clean and nice hotel in the outskirts of Luneburg. Very nice staff in the reception and in the breakfast restaurant in the morning. The beds were comfortable and the room very clean. The breakfast staff baked the best gluten free bread I have had for me for breakfast! Highly recommended."

There is a petrol station and mini supermarket on site and a restaurant that offers quality meals. The rooms are modern, clean and quiet. The staff are friendly and always on hand to offer support with queries. 10/10 - would highly recommend!!!"

"Very nice hotel, we only stayed for 1 night but was good. Only thing is the water shower is randomly superhot then you have to keep re adjusting. If your kids likes to shower maybe an issue."

"Wirklich eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern, großen und gut eingerichteten Zimmern.
Besonders gefallen hat uns auch die Liebe zum Detail, viele Bilder an der Wand, Dekorationen in den Fensterbrettern. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sonderwünsche werden sofort erfüllt.
Herausragend war meiner Meinung nach das Frühstück. Dieses ist zwar sehr teuer, aber es war auch wirklich lecker mit frischen Brötchen, Lachs, Salaten, frischen, Erdbeeren, guten Säften etc.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.
Was könnte besser sein? Der Pool dürfte gerne etwas wärmer sein. Und der Tennisplatz wirkt dann doch etwas heruntergekommen. Aber wie cool, dass es überhaupt einen gibt!
