「Lovely trip to Hakuba with the family staying at the footstep of the Iwatake slopes. The snow was on and my family and I had a great time. The cottage is lovely, something you would imagine staying at in the snow or by a lake. Has everything you need in it, from the kitchen to the bathroom. Heating was amazing, and the place was so cozy. Only downfall was the standup piano and my daughter thinking she was John Legend so having to listen to that all night did my head in. 「I stayed 5 nights for snowboarding. The host can drive you to Gondola, and you can just ski-in at the end of the day. What impressed me most is their hospitality, if you have any problem, just ask and they will help you. 10 out of 10 for great service!」

「Stayed here for a week for a late March ski holiday . The hotel is very comfortable and spacious. staff is very friendly and helpful . The small downside is the service and food options were limited maybe due to towards the end of season . But overall enjoy the staying a lot .」

「This property was the ice cream to our trip- the property was beautifully built, maintained and allows for the best possible mountain view from the base. The service was beyond attentive and the room was like out of a magazine. If you’ve got the money- splurge and do it! 「酒店負責人並不幫忙，不懂英語，連簡單請他代叫的士，他都沒有應承，問他有關穿梭巴士安排，他只給時間表，再多一句解說也沒有，酒店的房間是很細小，兩個人住面積大概是四張榻榻米的面積，浴室廁所是公用的，極為罕有的痞廁，廁所格細到連開門轉身都有困難，廁所的清潔亦欠佳，附近沒有食店，只能夠徒步10分鐘去便利店買杯麵。」

「The hotel is very near to the slope for the resort, less 2 mins of walking. Dry room is located in the basement level Restaurant is good for both breakfast and dinner with reasonable price. Supermarket is just right across the street The only down side is it can be a little bit noisy during the late night on the main street. 」

「秋の紅葉シーズンに利用しました。リビングルームには薪ストーブ、床暖が完備され、各部屋も床暖があったので暖かく過ごせました。キッチンも広く、作りながら、食べながら、楽しい時間を過ごせました。ただ一点。森の中なので仕方ないのかもしれませんが、カメムシ大量発生で、ブーンと天井を飛び回り下に落ちてきて虫嫌いな方にはオススメできません。こんなにも虫がいるなら事前に教えていただけたら…とも思いました。ただ総合的にみても、カメムシがいてワイワイ出来たので楽しかったです。素敵なステイでした。ありがとうございます！」

"This is a nice budget hotel. The hotel is a bit outdated, but the room is clean and spacious. Hotel staff are nice and helpful, fluent in English. Good facilities - big lockers for skis/boots, big common area, indoor/outdoor onsen. It is up on the hilly slope. That's the only drawback, but it can still consider as that it is located at a convienent location in Happo One. We were happy to be able to book a room there at last minute (before it is sold out!) - to attend the Happo One Fire Festival. "
