「There were bugs on the bed and pillow, and the bedding had stains that made it look unwashed. I asked to shorten my reservation to one night, but a male staff member told me no and said there was nothing he could do. Later that same day, I found more bugs on the bed and decided to check out a day early without a refund just to leave the hotel. At that point, another front desk employee suddenly offered to change my room. The second room was not much better, the door looked like it had been...

「There were NO overnight STAFF. I paid for TWO ROOMS WITH JACUZZI and didn’t get either. Not one good thing to say. I was locked out of my room FIVE different times with a key MALFUNCTION. The Kitchen closed before 10pm. We were told to try KOTOR and we did only to return to find tha car gate locked and had to park on street We tried calling SOMEONE to no avail. Only to go up to our room and locked out again at 1am. FRONT DESK shows up at 7 am .ZERO HELP SHE WAS. She took over an HOUR TO COMPOSE...

「Lovely room with beautiful view. Very helpful staff. Easy parking, just give then your keys! Nice breakfast with lots of options, however hot choices were always cold. Quiet building, very modern. In May, the pool was cold, but we went in anyway. Overall, lovely spot in Herceg Novi, right on promenade and a pleasant 10 minute walk to Old Town.」
