"Firstly Jess at reception was amazing and very informative when we checked in. An asset to the business. It was convenient to get to the airport for an early flight which was the whole point of staying. I would say that the bed was a little hard and the bathroom needed some love. The grouting on the shower floor is all but gone and the toilet felt a little unstable. Other than that, I would recommend staying to others."

"Considering that Luton is not the place it used to be, I was pleasantly surprised at how clean & modern the hotel was. Our 2 night stay was great, however I do think coffee should be a free perk whenever you stay in any hotel anywhere. They did have coffee up in the room, but the coffee downstairs in the communal breakfast area was only available with the purchase of breakfast; this should have been available for free. Otherwise, it was a great choice of hotel, close walking distance to everything Luton has to offer, and I would definitely stay here again."
