"Breakfast menu good, staff where friendly and accommodating though my one criticism is that the toilet seat was not secured properly and kept on moving while sitting on the toilet."

"The location is very good, close to everything and the airport. Staff is very welcoming and warm, kudos to Filipino hospitality❤️. The hotel needs an upgrade though. Rooms look tired and dated, definitely need to improve to make it more cozy and something to look forward to at the end of the day."

"Buffet is nice but not for that amount of money. Two guest 5,800 peso is too expensive. That’s $100 American dollars and nothing there was that special. Breakfast was 3,600 peso for two cheaper but still expensive. There not serving steaks and lobster. Food is mostly room temperature unless you’re order an omelet. There is a lot to pick from but be real. You can’t eat 50 different things. It’s could be a little more realistic and half the price then it would be sensible. "

"Wonderful hotel, walking distance to several malls and Greenbelt. I enjoyed the Te swimming pool and Sauna. Staff very kind & professional. Thank you for making my visit to your establishment a beautiful memory."

"Room Was filthy, no drinking water, very slippery shower, no toilet paper, 20 steep steps upto the floor my room was on, transport to & from way to expensive, didnt speak english, complimentary breakfast supposed to be buffet, it was rubbish, the beach was terrible. no late checkout available. Location good for island hopping & street food but nothing else, taffic was horrendous as you step out of hotel. Terrible terrible terrible, will not go back."
