「The property was in a good location near many of the attractions. It was a little loud a couple of nights, but it was just the normal city noise. Check in was smooth and check out as well. All requests were reasonable and we didn’t have any issues during our stay. "Waiting for elevators took ages. Asked for house keeping at 8am, no one came to clean when I went back at 2:30 pm. Had to go down to concierge to ask for housekeeping as the call to concierge was on hold for more than 5 minutes.
