This Condo is absolutely gorgeous! Ten foot ceilings throughout. Large rooms. King size beds with plush bedding and pillows! Balcony with awesome views of the James River, Park and Blackwater Creek trails! There are two fabulous restaurant bars on the property! Fratelli Italian Kitchen wine bar and 7 rooftop bar with absolute breathtaking views for brunch, lunch, dinner or drinks.

My family and I stayed for the weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better place while in Lynchburg. We came to celebrate with my son after his wedding proposal, which took place right down the bluff walk. We started out the day with a coffee at The White Hart, ate breakfast at My Dog Duke’s Diner, and walked over to the farmer’s market. We will definitely be back!

Spent a weekend with family, visiting our son who attends LU. Clean, ambient unit right in the heart of downtown LYN! Will definitely return. Highly recommend!

Newly constructed, very modern. It's on the 1st floor so when the rooftop bar gets out, we heard all the patrons leaving, at times a little rowdy. If you're a deep sleeper, not an issue, but if you're a light sleeper, will definitely wake up.

We had a fantastic week in this condo. Great location to many restaurants, shops and nightlife. The condo is clean, stocked and beautifully decorated. The communication was so easy, quick and responsive. We needed a few things and they were quickly dropped off. Checking in, parking and checking out were easy. Noise machines are provided which we used a few nights during our week as the bedrooms are ground level. Plenty of seating and a pullout sofa were nice to have. We spent a lot of time on the enormous deck overlooking Bluff walk. Very pretty! We would stay here again.

The condo is beautiful with amazing views! Everything was clean and fresh… even the extra linens and pillows were clean! The condo was spacious with high end furnishings! My husband and I along with our Chocolate Lab Daisy spent two nights in this fabulous condo while visiting my parents that live in Lynchburg. Everything is fresh, clean and well appointed. We will definitely be back! Bedding, sheets and towels all high quality! Extra special to have coffee and creamer along with snacks as complimentary. Property manager Brooke is accessible and accommodating. 5 star property!

My husband and myself along with our dog Bentley spent 4 nights on the property. We travel quite a bit so I know when I say this was one of the nicest, cleanest properties we have ever spent time in. The furnishings made you feel at home but the it was not cluttered, the kitchen was beautiful and well stocked with everything you would need. The beds were so comfortable we pulled back the mattress pad to see what kind so we could get one for ourselves. So many little touches that were very much appreciated.

The property was advertised as 4 BR, 4 BA condo unit. When we unlocked the door it was a 2 BR, 2 BA unit with 2 pullout sofas (set at an angle so that only one bed would pull out at a time). We were traveling as 4 older friends, and reserved the unit because health issues made 4 separate accommodations were necessary. When we complained, the host did not reply for 24 hours, indicating that the ‘mistake’ was made by VRBO. By the time this occurred we were checking out, and were advised by customer support at VRBO that they had no recourse for a refund. A nightmare of a weekend…

We stayed in Downtown during the Commonwealth Games at Liberty University which is 10 mins away. Condo was comfy, spacious and close to so many great places to eat with stunning Mountain View’s. Enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the small town. Definitely will stay again when we are back in town.

Our family had an amazing stay. The beds were comfortable, the condo very spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. We were able to make a delicious family meal.. The condo is in the perfect location to walk around downtown and the rooftop bar is great. We will definitely be back!
