「Fantastic spot in the heart of the North End. This was our first trip to Boston and a great spot to explore it from. The place was very clean and organized, everything was easy to find. We didn’t notice noise from any of the neighboring units. The pull out couch was smaller than we expected, so our daughters had to improvise to share it for sleeping. I would definitely stay here again if it was just my husband and me. Perfect spot for a romantic getaway. 」

「We really enjoyed our stay here. Having two bedrooms and two baths made everything so comfortable. Set in a great location to see Boston. We were able to walk to the Boston Commons, explored Back Bay and Beacon Hill, Boston Public Library, and even the Isabela Stewart Gardener Museum. Unit very clean and comfortable beds and soft linens. In a residential condo so very quiet and we felt the area we stayed in was very safe. We enjoyed the espresso machine in the lobby, however we wish the unit...

"I haven't used anything since checking in. The bathtub is clogged and infested with mosquitoes. The windowsills and tables in the room are dusty, as if no one has stayed and hasn't cleaned them in ages. The refrigerator also doesn't work. After reporting the situation, we were told we would get a full refund. However, a month has passed and I haven't received one. I contacted the hotel, and they said they'd already processed the refund and told me to check with my bank. I went to the bank and asked the manager to check, but they also said there was no refund. I think this hotel is deceptive. If I had a five-star review, I wouldn't give it a single star. It's terrible. If there was a complaint number, I would definitely file a complaint with this hotel, not just the Hilton. It's worse than an average hotel. It's ridiculous."
