「The owner of this particular unit H2 had not changed the air conditioning air filter in a very long time as it was filthy covered in hair and dirt in the air was obviously difficult to breathe in the unit itself. I called the service number they said they would bring out a new filter and never did even though I reminded them several times so we bought a new filter and replaced it ourselves at our own expense. 「Could not ask for better budget friendly accommodations. Staff was very friendly, polite and responsive even after hours. The room was clean, the linens smelled great, and the grounds were well maintained. We didn't go in the pool so I can't comment on that. We had two queen beds and they were both comfy. The blackout curtains worked great and the TV, fridge and microwave worked well. The A/C was a bit noisy but it worked really well. There is a quiet street behind the motel where you can walk...

「We paid for 2 queen rooms with a connecting room and they gave us 2 rooms with full beds and not connecting. Roaches in one room and the other room air conditioner not working. I paid for my rooms at least a month or 2 early.」

「Stayed at the Hilton with my friend. We got to our room and went to hang up our floor length dresses and the closet had a bar that was waist high. Had to hang our clothes in the bathroom on the shower rod. At 0300 the fire alarm battery ran low and started screaming every 15 seconds. Waited what felt like forever for a man and a latter to come in and change the battery. Valet parking was a mess as well.」
