Bottle of water 1L cost £6-7, air con hugely noisy, bed very uncomfortable, staff v e r y s l o w to serve drinks / food once ordered. It’s a new set-up so I have no doubt it will improve.”

Marrakech is a busy city so it’s nice to settle in to a clean, quiet, and comfortable room after a day full of activities. The pool was a perfect place to soak after hiking and long walks. The breakfast is the best I had in Morocco. I highly recommend staying at this special Riad. ”

“The property was nice and the entrance was welcoming. The staff were attentive and ensured the stay was a good as it should be. The issues lay with the housekeeping team and the cleanliness of the rooms. They did not replace tea/coffee amenities or repair elements even once we have complained. Lovely hotel yet could be improved.”

“Unser Aufenthalt im Riad Nelia war ein unglaublich schöner Start in unseren Marrakesch Urlaub. Das Riad liegt in der Altstadt, sehr nahe an den Märkten/Souks und ist trotzdem auch mit dem Auto u. anschließend zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, lecker und hat einen gleich in die Marokkanische Küche eingeführt. Das Personal war ausgezeichnet und sehr sehr freundlich vor allem Yassin welcher uns begrüßte und uns einiges erklärte, der freundliche und lustige Walid und zum Schluß……

“The riad is absolutely gorgeous and a quiet safe haven to retreat to after a hectic day in the centre. I found it easier to approach through Derb Dekkak, but even then is hard to find the first time. Keep looking though, it's worth it!”
