Great place, horrendous communication - avoid Bevilla

The place is lovely, but beware of Belvilla. I meant to book through Vrbo but had trouble with my American credit card so went through Belvilla instead. Huge mistake. I ended up accidentally booking multiple units, which were cancelled except for 2. Despite repeated attempts with multiple representatives they would not cancel the other one so I ended up with 2. They tried telling me they could not get in touch with the holiday park. I called the holiday park and they said THEY could not cancel the booking as I’d made it through Belvilla. They should be blacklisted by Vrbo. Avoid at all costs.

Juste ce dont nous avions besoin pour une escapade le temps d'un week-end ! Le salon était parfait pour le temps en famille, et nous avons apprécié la proximité des attractions locales comme la Pyramide Van Austerlitz, Un endroit idéal pour se déconnecter et recharger les batteries

Die Häuser sind mobile Wohnheime, die relativ dicht aneinander stehen. Vor Ort wird gebaut, sodass tagsüber starket Baulärm ist. Ausschlafen wochentags war daher nicht möglich. Darüber wurden wir vorab und auch vor Ort nicht informiert. Außerdem sind die Häuser schlecht isoliert. Morgens lief das Wasser innen

Der Park ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Mitten im Grün. Du Häuser sowie auch die Anlage ist sehr sauber. Wir werden auf jeden Fall noch mal dort Urlaub machen, sehr zu empfehlen

Sehr schöne Ferienanlage! Die Unterkunft ist modern und sehr ordentlich. Haben uns alle sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Check In und Check Out sehr unkompliziert. Haben tolle Tage dort gehabt und viel in der Umgebung unternommen. Es war sicherlich nicht der letzte Urlaub dort :)
