Room facility is very old, stain on the toilet and sink. With euro300 per night, only offer paper cup for tea and coffee in the room. Really should be rated as 3 star hotel.

Very interesting place for a hotelbto be located. Loads of history as the site of a very old Catholic Church and Priesthood school and learning centre. Also has its own brewery and vine yard. Great location for walking into Kerkrade centre.

Mooi hotel maar de badkamer kon wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken. Plafond zag er niet schoon uit. De badkamerdeur was aan de onderkant gaan wellen en het kozijn kon wel een likje verf gebruiken. 旅館旁是一個球場，因此若自己有車很容易到達。旅館內有餐廳，旁邊也有一些其他選擇。服務人員親切且英文程度很好，能提供交通、購物等有用訊息。若要用大眾交通方式到達旅館則屬中等難度，火車站到旅館需要搭公車，且公車站離旅館仍有五分鐘步行距離，若從火車站搭計程車則需約10~15分鐘車程。
