Great location close to Canton

This was perfect for our canton trip! 30ish minute drive into Canton. Property was very clean and spacious. Hot tub was great after a long day of shopping. Gun barrel city was a cute little city. Definitely worth the booking!

Great place couples too!

Although it had an abundance of beds for just two people, we had a wonderful and cozy time here! It would definitely be enough room for a small party. Lots of beds, plenty of seating and tables, two washers and dryers, fully stocked kitchen amenities. The 10PM outdoor curfew is a little stifling for a romantic two person stay, but I understand the need when it comes to parties. The outdoor area was covered in spiders, webs, and ants. Chalk it up to a lake house at the cusp of Fall, but it made us not want to use most of the outdoor furnishings. Some outdoor pest control would be nice to see. Communication was also a bit sparse. The host refused to respond to multiple inquiries about late checkout. A simple "no" would have sufficed, but we never got any responses. All in all, though, it was a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it for couples or family/friend gatherings!

This is a great property for a family with children, or a group looking to get away. The backyard area was the highlight. Jacuzzi, firepit, and grill were very much enjoyed. Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies.

Superior clean property with plenty of amenities

Great place. Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay. The host provided everything we needed. The neighbors were friendly. Bonus points for a super pet friendly fenced in area with doggie doors. We walked to the peir for fishing and early sunrise. Very therapeutic and much needed fun stay with our family.

Great location and plenty of space for a larger group of people. Only unexpected aspect was that the attached bathroom was in the room with two queen beds not the “master” with the king. Wasn’t a problem just something to be aware of.

Our daughter got married at the lake so we didnt spend much time at the VRBO, but found the location and amenities to be very nice! Pet friendly was a huge plus for us. Wish we could have enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit! Just couldn't find time.

Disappointed

The checkin process was easy. We received the information a few days before. The main reason we chose this location was because the listing said there was a boat slip, well, it was closed for repairs. They should have put that in the listing. The owner said the place was cleaned right before we checked in, but it had this old stale smell like it has been sitting with no ventilation. We didn't use the hot tub or the fire pit so I can't comment on those. I know one thing, we won't stay here again.
