Recent updates include a completely remodeled kitchen, new wood flooring, all-new windows, custom bunk beds, and three beautifully updated full bathrooms. The custom-designed bunk room sleeps 8 and features a cozy TV hangout area perfect for winding down after a day on the lake or the court.

OUTDOOR FUN & LAKE LIFE

Step outside and experience where this property truly shines. In addition to direct lake access, you’ll love the new private pickleball court, perfect for friendly matches, tournaments, or just learning the game with family and friends. Please note: The pickleball court is newly poured concrete and will be painted and striped after the recommended curing period to ensure durability and optimal play.

The sandy-bottom lake entry is ideal for swimming, water games, or lounging on the Lilly pad. Two paddle boards and two canoes are available for relaxing rides on the water. Enjoy the private dock where you can tie up the Lilly pad and spend hours relaxing on the water. Head up to the party deck, complete with rocking chairs, to take in stunning sunset views.

After a day of activity, grill dinner on the propane grill or Blackstone, then gather around the fire pit with Adirondack chairs to roast marshmallows under the stars.

KITCHEN & LIVING SPACES

The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, a crock-pot, blender, dishes, a Keurig, toaster oven, and more—everything you need for easy meal prep.

The spacious living area offers plenty of seating with two comfortable couches, two chairs, and a 70” smart TV. On cooler evenings, cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace.

A full-size washer and dryer are available, along with a drying rack for added convenience.
