“I wish they had pillows that were firm; I didn’t think to ask for room service. They might actually have some available. Very well maintained property and clean. Would definitely stay there again.”

“Have a bug”

“The only thing deficient is the dirt in the corners of the bathroom. Otherwise everthing Else was great. there was a group of young people who ran the halls and were loud the first night we stayed.”

“This is an old property. You can tell that at one point it was an outright gem. Even so, it still has a lot of character and some great people working there. My first room wasn't the cleanest... I think the staff might have forgotten to finish up in the bathroom as another guest's clothes were hanging from the shower rod. I was pretty much going to ignore that because you can't beat the room price, and everything else was acceptable. I happened to walk by the front desk, and the attendant asked……

“The room had a hole in the carpet. The breakfast was so poor that we ended up not eating. Their “juice” was so watered down you could barely see the color”

“The neighborhood was bad. My daughter felt unsafe. The door lock inadequate. I had to rebook.”

“No spa just okay ”

“It was extremely unsafe and the manager made it even more unsafe for me. He willing accomplices people trying to harm me and I would like a full refund for my stay there”

“All in all not a bad stay just a few hiccups hopefully by the next time we have to come and stay they will have them fixed staff was friendly and tried to communicate us”

“Clean rooms”

“We ended up leaving and finding a different hotel. When we entered the lobby, it smelled like cigarette smoke. When we got off the elevator, there was a different terrible smell. When we entered the room, there was a third terrible smell. The carpet was very stained. It looked like a wall-mounted light had been ripped off the wall without repairs being made. The sheets did not look fresh and neat. There were no blankets or comforters. Each bed had only one small, lumpy pillow. It looked……

“The room was fantastic. Comfortable and clean. The pool was really nice as well. The rest of the place needs maintenance. All the elevators were out. I did find at least on ice machine working, so that was useful, but I had to look on several floors. The front desk person was overworked and overwhelmed. The breakfast was just typical. No eggs except cold hard boiled. Overall, a decent stay, but the climb to the fourth floor got old and carrying my luggage down the stairs was inconvenient.”

“I liked that the actual rooms inside were fairly clean with comfortable beds and good hot water pressure in the shower. What I did not like was that the appearance of the place looked like a low-income apartment building. The residence got loud on Sunday night after midnight, and I had a plane to catch at 6am.”
