"The property wasn’t ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. "Unfortunately, the property did not meet reasonable cleanliness or maintenance standards. On arrival, the oven and hob were visibly dirty with grease and residue, and the kitchen overall did not appear to have been properly cleaned. There was no bin provided anywhere in the property, only loose bin bags left for guests to manage waste themselves. The bathroom showed visible mould around the shower area. "Although this is not a high end property, it is ideal for anyone wanting somewhere to stay when visiting the Co-op live arena or the Etihad stadium, an the free parking is a bonus. It was around a 10 minute walk to the arena. The stairs are very steep and narrow and care is needed coming down them. The bathroom and bedding etc was really clean and the beds were very comfortable.
