「Wr had a wonderful time. The house was so spacious we could spread out and not feel like we were piled on top of each other. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds and baths were clean and comfortable. We were close enough to town to walk to restaurants and shops. This is a quiet neighborhood in a small town, but we spent a day in St. Louis, only an hour or so away. And the eclipse, what a bonus! 「Four of us stayed here for the eclipse. The place was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were a lot larger than I was expecting. The nearby trains can be a little loud, however the host was prepared with earplugs for sleeping and we all slept well. It is an easy walk to downtown and restaurants. I recommend La Fuente, or Joe's Pizza. My only suggestion would be for more comfortable chairs in the living room.」

「The lady who checked us in was so sweet but the lady when we checked out had an attitude like she didn’t like being there. We didn’t eat breakfast but it looked like a nice spread. We chose this hotel for the 24 hr pool and hot tub but never got to use either. There were A LOT of unattended children in the hot tub until at least 11pm when we finally gave up and went to bed. Children should not be in the hot tub and definitely not unattached. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. 」
