「El personal que trabaja ahí es lo mejor del lugar, siempre dispuestos a ayudar, sobre todo Borealis. Está ubicado a las afueras de Moshi pero por 3000 tshilling tienes un bajaji que te lleva al centro en 10 minutos. Por otra parte, el restaurante del hotel tiene sólo un puñado de platos y bastante caro. Nuestra habitacion era bastante pequeña (la más pequeña de todas) y hacia bastante calor, incluso con el ventilador a tope. No puedes abrir las ventanas porque hay muchos mosquitos.... 」

「I stayed at Kaliwa Lodge for 4 nights and was impressed by the tranquil and peaceful environment. The terrace is a great place to watch the sacred Mountain Kilimanjaro at different times of the day, and be connected to the nature. I brought along my yoga mat to practise on the terrace every morning. Food is great too, they prepared wonderful vegetarian food for me on request everyday. Staff is very nice and treat every guest with their heart. I really enjoyed staying at Kaliwa Lodge. 」

「转机呆了几个小时，退房的前台人拿个信封给我，问我要给多少钱小费，这个也太直接了吧，我要求他们不要叫醒服务，他们就还是一样叫醒我，这个时间并不是我同意的时间，对我来说系统打扰，还想要小费。」

「I really enjoyed spending time at this hotel. The staff are very welcoming and wonderful people to be around. The staff made sure that I had a shuttle to go around town and a safe way to get there, had a secure place to store the remaining luggage, and they made delicious food for breakfast and at the restaurant. I would highly recommend to stay at the Stella Maris Lodge.」

「I loved the staff so friendly. Manager helped me with a cheaper route to the waterfall. Location wasn't the best as I need a ride to get anywhere but at least rides are cheap. Just be careful of not getting a agreed price before you go anywhere. As it will start at 2k and jump to 10k for little to no reason....the pool was very clean. And rooms were very nice. Asked for a air-conditioning...same day they INSTALLED it!!! Food was good. Really really loved the staff. Soo kind and some even knew...

「Truly loved staying here. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the entire property has so much charm and character, beautifully decorated. The staff are amazing! Attentive, kind, and helpful. We returned with badly muddied shoes after a hike of Mt Kilimanjaro and left our shoes on the front porch. To our amazement, we woke up to spotlessly cleaned shoes that were also packed in a travel bag for us. The food was great and very reasonably priced. 「The garden area felt like a little slice of paradise with bunnies running around freely helping to maintain the grass - as well as donkeys. Monkeys were climbing in the trees, and occasionally a large turtle would cross the lawn. The place itself was very calming and the staff sweet and helpful.」
