I've stayed here a couple of times now and the rooms are always clean and tidy upon arrival. Icy cold air-con, and a comfortable sleeping situation. Decent shower. The pub being right outside your door is a bonus. Adequate parking.

Photos are accurate and property is was what it is. Dated and in need of TLC and a paint, garden is spacious but lots of dropped palm fronds about and a bit untidy. Property was in the area we needed. Beds, linen and equipment supplied were all fine. 2 bathrooms (no en suite) was good for a share ...

Room was spotless, staff were courteous and accommodating. The only issue or concern was the exit to the parking seemed to be left open which raised concerns for safety. Would definitely stay there again.
