「Staff was amazing, beds were super comfortable, great breakfast. Very much enjoyed the beautiful front porch. Ferry personnel did not come in time for our luggage to be brought to the boat, so staff at Metivier Inn brought it themselves. Very impressed with how they went out of their way so things went smoothly for us.」

「Located one block from the Star Line Ferry dock, easy walking distance from downtown shopping and historical sites. Enjoyed the view from the front porch, and the warmth of the fireplace during our visit in the fall. Highly recommend a meal in the 1852 Grill Room. 」

「We really like this hotel, it's in the heart of downtown Mackinac Island, so it was the perfect place to regroup between biking around the island, shopping or going out to eat. Our view wasn't the greatest, as we had a room that looked out over an alley and nearby houses, but we weren't in the room that much that it made a big difference. The price was reasonable which was an added bonus. 」
