Nice hotel in St Ignace. Older hotel, that is still being remodeled. The staff was very nice! Breakfast menu is limited, but good. A beach right outside your door fir kids to play on or a nice walk. Highly recommended

Staff was exceptional! Room and hallways were very clean and neat! Continental breakfast included eggs/sausage, pancakes in addition to cereals, bagels, muffins—Very adequate. Lakeside room view of sunrise was amazing! Easy shuttle access to ferry. Very pleasant for two adults.

This was a wonderful stay for my family. We were able to have 6 in one room with three queen beds. One of the beds was separated. The pool, 2 hot tubs and sauna were wonderful. Staff we extremely kind and helpful. It also had game play for the casino you could receive each day of your stay. The shuttle could take you back and forth.

Great location for shuttle pick up to Mackinac Island. Saved on parking at the dock. Breakfast was, so, so at best. Friendly gal keeping it all stocked up and tables wiped down. WIFI connection issues that were mostly cleared up. Can't say enough good things about Eleanore, the young lady who checked us in. There were a couple of minor issues, but she was right on it to make things right. She even went out of her way to help our friends with an issue they had with the Accessible Room. Five Stars for Miss E!

It's an older building, definitely has some character you can tell it was more recently purchased by the brand. Rooms were clean and fresh and modern, outside you wouldn't expect that. Loved my balcony with the lake view. Breakfast was chaotic and was constantly out of things. Workers were trying but there were just so many people and a tiny breakfast room. Pool, hot tub and sauna were nice. I'd probably choose to stay here again but I wouldn't count on breakfast.

Person working at the desk was very friendly. Room was large and clean with a beautiful lake view. The hallways were very dirty with midges, q-tips, screws, and whatever else you could find. Breakfast was super crowded. At best you could say it filled you up. Exercise room was a joke and should not be advertised. If you're able to look past the very dirty halls and not so clean pool area, then it is a bargain for what you pay.
