We stayed at this place for a weekend. It was ok. But will not stay here again. Here are the details.The Good:It is in a brand new building. The unit is also new. It is very clean. Great location and you can walk to downtown area which has lost of restaurants and shopping. It is centrally located.The bad:The unit has a convoluted building numbering system and we had to spend couple of hours messaging the host and calling them to find the unit and enter it.The unit is managed by a 3rd party company. They require you to upload photo of your Driver’s License and selfie (first time I had to do this ever). Also they charge a security deposit on your credit card on top of your payment. So beware of this.The unit itself is more like a hotel room than an apartment. You have bed, bathroom and a small kitchenette as you have in many hotels.There are no windows in the unit. You just have a skylight (imagine prison cell).The parking is not guaranteed in the parking lot for the building. If you come in late in the evening you need to find street parking. Street parking is metered starting at 8am. So you either need to move your car or pay for it.In short if you are going to use it only for sleeping at night and don’t mind sharing your ID and paying a security deposit you may like this unit.
