"Hotel was fabulous and we enjoyed the gardens."

"The property was clean and family friendly. It was very near many of the hikes and other amenities we were hoping to experience during our visit to the redwoods. We loved that it was right on the river, which was slow moving and fun to play in. The area was a little sketchy and maybe a little overpriced, but the woods were beautiful, and the interior of the home was nice. I didn't love that you couldn't flush any of the toilet paper. With two families, that adds up. I also didn't love that there wasn't enough seating around the table for all of us or enough beds. The listing mentions several more beds than are actually included. There were air mattresses, but one of them didn't stay inflated. Overall, it was a very positive experience. The location in the redwoods was definitely the selling point. We had a great time, and the hosts were very kind and accommodating."
