「The only time we saw anyone was when we checked in, after that there was no one there the rest of the time, till we left. The ice machine did not work, there wasn't any pop machine or snack machine, you had to walk to the gas station. The locks on the doors were iffy at best. Very small tv in room. $200.00 for just a room with no pool or anything else. It did have good water pressure in the shower.」

「The coffeemaker in my room wasn’t operational. There were two big families there for a wedding and the continental breakfast wasn’t refreshed.」

「The loud noise of the heater when operating is very annoying. It’s a walking distance to MNSU. 」

「Older property. Really does need updating. Staff super friendly and kind.」

「I like the free WIFI in the room. I hope they can add elevator in the hotel.」

「Good hotel」

Road noise noticeable on Weekends, as hotel is on main road but location is great. Not happy that we made an error, our fault and booked an accessible room but couldn’t move. When we went to the room we called the front desk immediately and were told because we booked on EXPEDIA, they couldn’t change it, who knew. Overall okay but...

「Our family of 5 adults had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. It was very comfortable in every way and had fantastic appliances, amenities (soaps/lotions/coffee options/makeup towels - you name it), outdoor furniture, cleanliness, etc. etc. We would rent again in a heartbeat. Also - we were in the area for a large family reunion, and this rental was by far the best of the accommodations rented by our crew.Thank you, Amy, for an amazing stay.」

「The hotel was very dirty and not clean. The day I was leaving, one of the staff members went out to the garbage and retrieved a pillow that one of the cleaning people threw out. The pillow was stained and disgusting. I asked him what he was doing, and he said that the pillow was fined and he was going to put it in the washing machine and put it back in the room. That should tell you everything you need to know about this hotel. It was gross and and very very dirty. Many amenities were not...

「We loved our stay! Communication was excellent and responsive. Wished there was a washer/dryer - for the price. I would stay again!」
