「Staff service was hit or miss. When I booked, Expedia notes sheet change, fresh towel, and house keeping is upon request. So when I arrived, I asked. Front desk person would not give me straight answer. She said ask the cleaning person (what???). I asked what if I don't catch the person. She said ask front desk. My husband asked for change of room because he didn't like the view from the room. She said rooms will be available tomorrow. I asked the next day. A different front desk...

「Loved it very much, My friend and I arrived very late in the night, thought it could be a issue to clock-in, while they left us the key in envelope which ensure us to enter the room. The staff are super friendly and nice, the rooms are clean, I would definately recommend this place」

「Nice room we had a king size bed with a Lake view. The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan which I would have liked but very nice and clean and we had a nice view of Lake Superior. The breakfast was good.」
