Staff is good and helpful and distance to Haram is also ok.Only thing the road crossing is not that good and food around the hotel is not good.

Beautiful hotel, located close to shops and restaurants. Room was clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, though there wasn’t much variety. Also, there is a coffee shop located inside the hotel which was great.

Room carpets were dirty. On the other hand staff was so curtious and helpful that other stuff doesn't matter. Specially brother Imran on the front desk he did all his efforts to find out our lost luggage in Egypt Airline and guided us in the we found our luggage next day. Many many thanks to brother ...
