「Room is very updated and bathroom is very modern and clean」

「Very nice, clean rooms, good amenities, only thing that held it back was the lifts would be very busy」

「Excellent hotel with lovely staff, location and design. My favourite!」

「Chambre propre séjour inoubliable tout est à proximité surtout l accès à l hram très facile merci pour toutes l équipes」

「Everything and everyone was amazing」

「The hotel is awesome, clean and comfortable. In the hot weather of Madinah, the A/C is very nice It is not really on the haram, but it is close enough」

「Hôtel bien entretenu en général mais la propreté dans les chambres n’est pas à son top.」

「My experience in Medinah has never been so great. Staying at this beautiful hotel, the room, the staff and the closeness to Haram is priceless. Although I find the food a bit pricey. We only eat breakfast and lunch once and they charge #689 Riyal for my family of 3 kids and 2 adults. Over all i will recommend the hotel for anyone looking to have a great stay in Medinah.」

「💯」

「Clean room. Friendly staff」

「Very disappointing experience. The staff was extremely unhelpful and frustrating to deal with. The room key card was not working at all, which made the situation even more stressful. I asked twice for someone to help take my luggage downstairs, but nobody showed up. Later, the staff told me I had to leave the room. If nobody comes to help with the luggage despite being asked twice, how do they expect guests to leave the room and manage everything themselves? The staff was getting on my nerves...
