You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. This historical landmark was built by and located next to The Francis Costigan Historical Home. You will be steps away from the Broadway Fountain, downtown shopping, and only a few blocks from the majestic Ohio River. This three bed, 1/12 bath home boats tall ceilings and large rooms which makes it a great place to stay with family or friends.

Everything about this property was just as expected. We had 7 adults stay and there was plenty of space for all of us. It was in close proximity to everything we needed for our stay. David even had coffee for us to drink in the morning. Everything about our stay was great and we all said we would stay here again.

Fantastic location, close to charming shops and beautiful walks, near a stunning state park. Plenty of comfortable space to hang out and decompress after our day adventures. The historic home is beautifully appointed. The stairs were no problem for our group, but might be too steep for small children or someone with mobility limitations.Check-in was a breeze, and the host was thorough, responsive and kind. We came for a conference, but I would definitely return for a holiday weekend, and happy to stay at this home.

Charming home with an exceptional host

Nice town, charming home in a great location with an exceptional host! We would not hesitate to stay here again. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants while visiting. On our next trip (and there will be one!), we will plan to tour some of the historic homes and take a ride on the river.

My sister, her two daughters and myself met in Madison for a girls weekend. The location of this property was perfect for us because it was close to downtown restaurants and shopping.
