"Unfortunately, our stay at this property was one of the worst experiences we’ve had through Vrbo.The unit was not properly cleaned upon arrival, our check-in code was incorrect, and we discovered moldy, filthy sheets on the bed. When we contacted the property owner, they only offered to send cleaners after the fact — by then, we had already been exposed and forced to clean and disinfect the space ourselves just to make it through the night.
