「Everything was excellent except the guy who checked us in was very rude and a smart ass. He was also rude when I asked about a way to get an Uber. The night lady was great though. We loved our room and everything else though. That guy just needs to be a lot nicer.」

「Well cared for buildings and outdoor areas. Although close to the interstate, we could not hear any traffic noise inside our room. Check in was friendly and quick. Fast food available within walking distance. We were traveling with our dog so had to get a pet friendly room. Absolutely no pet odors or stains in our room. 😃 I’m picky about bathroom cleanliness, and I was pleased with this one. We will stay at this hotel again. 」

「We loved the elegant decor , 1 bedroom Suite optionand friendly staff. The open atrium in the center gives a spacious feeling and the glass elevators are great. We enjoyed the free happy hour and breakfast and walking around d big spring park in mornings and evenings! We’ll be back」

「Great property. I had to spend the night for business and forgot my toothbrush. Not even thinking they would have one at the front desk, I went down there asked, and they gave me a toothbrush with toothpaste. I was even willing to pay for one, but they handed it to me and with a smile. The next time I have to stay in Madison Alabama, I’ll be staying at this location. The on-site manager Quincy was fantastic.」
