We didn’t partake in the breakfast, but we had to look around and certainly appeared to be very good, with hot and cold options. "

"I got charged for a room that I didn't get to stay at. When I went to check in the clerk said that the boiler had broke & they wouldn't have hot water. He said that I would have to get a refund from Hotels.com. Searched on their website & they make it impossible to get a refund from the site. Talked to someone from their customer service #, but still haven't got a refund. Will skip the 3rd party websites like Hotels.com & call a real person that can take care if I have any problems."
