「Incredible location, close to Storyland, downtown North Conway, Echo Lake, and down the street from Cranmore. The backyard/grounds are beautiful and very well maintained, and we loved using the hot tub and fire pit and looking out at the mountain views. There is a lot of space and the house seemed sound proof, which was nice since we were with family and kids ranged from age 2-10! The library was so cozy. The beds could use an upgrade, but otherwise everything was perfect! 」

「House was nice beds were uncomfortable. Communication with Vacasa not the best was almost 1 hr late checking in do to miscommunication on needing to download their app to check in. 」

「Our family of five (one being our doggy) enjoyed our stay very much. The house was clean and spacious for us. The view was incredible! We all enjoyed the kayaks and paddle board, along with some great fishing! We enjoyed the ice cream at Sweeties Pies down the road. We were too busy on the water to pull ourselves away to explore Pleasant Mountain, but a very nice neighbor down the street told us there is a great trail off of Mountain Road if we wanted to hike the mountain. 」

「Great dog friendly house. Didn’t get to use beach much as we have friends who live on the lake as well and that’s where we spent most of our time. Would definitely be back for a longer stay to really use the property. Screen porch was awesome for coffee in the morning and the view was perfect. 」

「This home was very comfortable!! Loved the open floor plan and space to be able to spread out. My family had an amazing thanks giving dinner here, kitchen accommodated everything, even had a foil turkey pan awaiting my arrival!! Perfect!! My only complaint was sink drainage was very sluggish, had to wash dishes by hand because when I filled dishwasher and started it, It started quickly leaking all over floor. Other than that our stay was amazing!!! Had a great time!!」

「We really enjoyed our stay at this cottage. It’s very spacious and private. The master bedroom on the first floor allowed our kids (9 and 12) to have the upstairs all to themselves which they loved. 「The house was amazing! We had 5 kids and 5 adults. The house was super clean and the kitchen is huge. We were able to go downtown,Santa’s Village and Story Land. It was the perfect location! I would stay there again!!」

「This house is amazing. We stayed at 6 different properties on our trip and this was far and away our favourite. Its better than the pictures and the kitchen and beds are excellent. Small downsides are the top bunk has no sides so wasn't usable for us and the firepit was very unlike the pictures - overgrown and not enjoyably useable. "The front desk staff was extremely friendly and even recommended nearby souvenir shops and an amazing breakfast spot. I would give them a perfect score for their service. The hotel is converted from an old elementary school, which gives it a unique character. However, the bathroom is a bit small, with a sink that seems sized for elementary school students, making it easy to splash water everywhere. The bed appears to have dust mites, as my allergies acted up shortly after lying down, though it wasn't too severe. The TV offers many channel options, so you won't get bored at night！"
